Johnny French of Pittsburg, Texas has 35 plus years dairying and growing hay and winter pastures. Currently he milks 225 head of Holstein and Jersey cattle, raises all heifers from A.I. breeding, and raises 250 heifers from baby calf to springers. The dairy farm consists of 175 acres, with 400 acres of leased pasture and meadow. His wife, Rhonda, works at Pilgrim Bank and at the dairy after hours. They also employ two full time milk hands and calf raisers. In addition to serving as a current Director of NETFC, Johnny served two 9-year terms on Farm Service, and 8 years on the Texas Natural Resource and Conservation Board representing Camp County. He and his wife have 3 children, and 6 grandchildren, and are also active in the First Baptist Church in Pittsburg and other civic organizations in Camp County. Mr. French has been purchasing his dairy feeds from Northeast Texas Farmers Co-op since June of 1992

Robert “Bobby” Deen of Wills Point, Texas is a dairy farmer who milks 600 cows on a grazing dairy operation. He raises all the calves born at the dairy. Heifers are used in the dairy operation, while bulls are steered and sold as feeder cattle. Mr. Deen was first elected to the Northeast Texas Farmers Co-op Board in 2000.

Roger W Claxton owns and operates Claxton Farms in Celeste. Roger is a retired Agricultural Science Teacher. Growing stocker cattle and operating commercial greenhouses has been his principal occupation for the last eight years. Roger is a member of the Hunt County Farm Bureau, Hunt County Junior Livestock Association, and Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association and is a lifetime member of the Vocational Agricultural Teachers Association of Texas. Roger is an elder of the Church of Christ, a Bible class teacher and board member of Heritage Land Bank. He is a graduate of East Texas State University with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Agricultural Economics. He and his wife, Kathryn, have been married for 43 years and have three grown children and three grandchildren. 

Steve Chaney of Kaufman, Texas graduated from Kaufman High School in 1976. In 1980 he graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Agriculture Education. He taught Vocational Ag in Kaufman for 2.5 years, and has over 10 years experience as a loan officer and vice president of Federal Land Bank. Since 1993, he has been running a custom farm operation, and has also been operating 190 head on a cow-calf operation for 40 years. Mr. Chaney is a member and director of Northeast Texas Beef Improvement Organization (NETBIO), and has been a director at NETFC for 4 years

Bryan Shultz was raised in Hopkins County and graduated from Sulphur Springs High School and attended Texas A&M Commerce where he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. He is married to Kristi and they have two wonderful daughters Hannah and Haylee. Hannah is currently attending OSU and Haylee is a sophomore at Sulphur Springs High School. He is extremely involved in agricultural in Hopkins County. Bryan runs a 300 cow-calf operation along with baling round and square hay that he sells to other producers. He also enjoys being a land developer in Oklahoma specializing in hunting properties. When he’s not working, he enjoys spending time with his family. He is also an avid bow hunter.

Bob Greenway of Wolfe City, Texas was raised on a farm and ranch in southern Fannin County. He attended school at China Grove and Wolfe City where he participated in 4-H and FFA, where he also received the Lonestar Farmer Degree in FFA. He graduated from Texas A&M University with a B.S. degree in Agriculture Education. He then went on to work as a County Extension Agent in Denton, Tarrant, Wise, and Hunt County. Mr. Greenway retired as County Extension Agent-Agriculture Emeritus in 1995. Now he is a full time rancher where he raises purebred Simmental beef cattle and conducts a custom A.I. cattle-breeding business. He was elected to the board of directors of Northeast Texas Farmers Co-op, district 5, in 2001.
